(1) The council may appoint and send an inspector to inspect the examinations of degrees, diplomas, certificates or other degrees recognized under sub-section (1) of section 21. The inspector so appointed shall disclose the details prescribed by the council regarding the examination he has inspected and submit a report to the council. But the inspector shall not interfere in any such examination.

(2) Section 21A. When the council considers the report submitted by the inspector under sub-section (1), the details received under sub-section (1) of any degree, diploma, certificate or other degree recognized in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 21, the course determined by the relevant medical institution, the conditions of admission and the method of conducting the examination. If it is deemed appropriate and not sufficient, the council will submit its report to the university or educational institution to which the relevant medical institution has obtained affiliation.
